Our Services

• We provide grave and memorial care services including cleaning, tidying, maintenance and floral tributes.
• All work is carried out with care, respect and sensitivity.
• Clients authorise us to carry out agreed services on their behalf.
• Results may vary depending on the condition, age and materials of the memorial.

Condition of Memorials

• Older memorials may be fragile and require gentle cleaning methods.
• Some staining, weathering or deterioration may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.
• We always use appropriate methods to avoid unnecessary damage.

Access & Visits

• Services are carried out within agreed service windows rather than fixed appointment times.
• Visit dates may vary due to weather, cemetery rules, permits and operational requirements.
• If access is restricted, the visit will be rearranged at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

Payment

• One-off services are payable on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Care plans are payable in advance or by agreed standing order.
• We accept bank transfer, cash and cheque.
• Clients are responsible for any failed payment or bank charges.

Service Timeframes

• Services are carried out within expected timeframes or care cycles rather than fixed dates.
• One-off cleans are typically completed within 6–8 weeks depending on conditions, access and workload.
• Regular care plans (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly) follow their chosen cycle.
• Delays caused by weather or operational factors will be completed as soon as reasonably possible.

Liability

• We take reasonable care in all work carried out.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or natural deterioration of memorials.
• We are not liable for weather or third-party damage after completion.
• We hold Public Liability Insurance for negligence-based claims.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Photography & Marketing

• We take photographs before, during and after work for records and documentation.
• Selected images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless a request is made not to do so.
• We always act with dignity, respect and sensitivity when capturing and sharing images.
• Names or identifying details may be blurred or removed where appropriate.

Complaints

• If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
• We will always aim to resolve issues fairly, respectfully and promptly.
